Can I pay directly from the site?

 

Until the moment when your  order is coordinated with our managers, all details of the order and the date of shipment are clarified, there is no possibility to pay on the site.

Our advantage - the individualization of orders: sewing of vestments in accordance with customer’s sizes, personal icons, embroidery of the name on baptismal goods, selection of church stuff for the size of the church. And that's why all bills are invoiced manually after agreeing the details of the order.

 

How to pay for an order (in Ukraine)?

 

You can pay for your order in any convenient way:

- by cash at the store (in case of purchase in a store in Kiev);

- by VisaMasterCard (in case of purchase in a store in Kiev);

- after receiving at the Novaya Pochta branch (cash on delivery)

- by bank transfer.

 

How to pay for an order from abroad?

 

You can pay for the order with a Visa/MasterCard or any other card.

For payment you will receive a link from the payment system FONDY, which provides Internet acquiring services.

In order to make payment you need to use the link that we will send you, enter your card details and after that we will receive money to our account. We will immediately inform you that your payment is made correctly and we received it.

The commission for the transfer of funds is 2.5% of the total transfer amount and is included in the bill. No additional funds are added to your transaction with the bank.

 

Can I pay via PayPal?

 

Through the PayPal payment service in Ukraine you can only pay for orders. Unfortunately, at this moment, there is no possibility of accepting payments through PayPal in Ukraine.

 

DELIVERY

 

Do you deliver abroad?

 

Yes we do. We deliver our goods to all over the world. We regularly send orders to the countries of Europe and repeatedly delivered our products to such far-abroad countries as Taiwan, Australia and Canada.

 

Which postal services do you use and how much will it cost to deliver the goods?

 

The cost of delivery depends on the size of the goods and destination. Each carrier has its own limitations in terms of size, cost, etc.

EXCHANGE AND REFUND

 

We exchange and return goods within the framework of the current legislation of Ukraine.

- Within 2 weeks after receiving the order, we accept to return all the products of the proper quality. The buyer has the obligation to pay for the delivery of products to his address and pay for the return shipping to our address. Transportation of the refund in this case is carried out by the forces and at the expense of the buyer.

- Products of inadequate quality are subject to exchange or refund at our expense.

- If you do not fit the size or color of the products is not the one you ordered - do not worry. We will exchange or take back everything you did not fit

- Exchange and return of goods made under the individual exchange size and return is not provided.

- Baptismal and wedding products with personal and / or individual embroidery are not subjects of exchange and refund, in case of receiving the goods of proper quality, without flaw.

- Nominal icons for individual order are not subjects of exchange and refund, in the case of receiving goods of proper quality, without flaw.

- Jewelry exchange and refund are not subject to the legislation of Ukraine.

Ordering of Vestments

 

Major part of the vestments, especially the russian-style vestments, is made on the individual order.

 

But as a usual we have some available sizes in the main liturgical colors, so for urgent orders indicate your size and the desired color.

Please note that the price for vestments of size 58 and above is calculated individually.

 

Production time

 

Vestments are usually made within 3-5 weeks depending on seasonality (peak - end of the year and pre-Easter period) and production loading.

 

The tailoring period needs to be calculated individually.

Do you have an icon of a saint ...?
