Altar Gospel is always on the altar of the temple, what reminds us perpetual living effective presence of the Risen Christ in the world, becouse that presence is mainly felt through His gospel word. All the time, except during the Liturgy, Altar Gospel lies in the middle of the throne and covered corporal.
