The Holy Martyr Tryphon was born in one of the regions of Asia Minor - Phrygia, near the city of Apamea in the village Kampsada. From a young age the Lord has given him the power to cast out demons and healing of various diseases. Once the residents of his native village were saved them from starvation: Saint Trifon force of his prayer was forced out of insect pests and exterminate cereals and ravaged fields. Especially famous holy Trifon imp expulsion of daughter Roman Emperor Gordian (238-244). When the throne became the emperor Decius (249-251), a fierce persecutor of Christians, St. captured, tortured and executed.
