In the center of the iconostasis is placed the icon of the Blessed Virgin Mary Semistrelnaya. Around her, placed the icon of Our Lady of the holy ascetics Gospodnih.Ikona Semistrelnaya or Softener of Evil Hearts is one of the most respected in the Orthodox world. In the XIX century, this image became famous thanks to the wonders that the Mother of God made through him. For many years the icon was in oblivion and instead of lying reproach steps on the stairs of the old bell tower near the small church in honor of St. John the Divine (near Vologda). Is turned face to the ground it was taken for a simple plaque, which went on until the Mother of God was not a poor man, and said to go and remove the icon from the ladder.
