Holy Queen Tamara in Georgia has made as much taken for Vladimir the Great of Russia. She made every effort to spread the Christian faith and strengthened by the Georgian and Ossetian land. At its board a great number of churches and monasteries were built, as well as other monuments. There was a real flowering of education, literature, culture, art, not only spiritual but also secular.
Contemporaries was called the Holy Queen Tamar godlike, and giving her the Orthodox call the Great. The time of her reign is called the golden age of Georgian history.
