Prayer Before the Eating of Food The eyes of all on thee, Lord, trust, and You give them food in good deeds, You open Thy generous hand and fulfill every animal of favor. After eating food We thank You, O Christ our God, for you have satisfied us with your earthly blessings; Do not deprive us of your Heavenly Kingdom, but as a disciple of your disciples, you have come, Savior, give peace to them, come to us and save us.
