The original of this miraculous icon of the Mother of God is on Mount Athos in the monastery of Vatoped. The image is called Pantranasse, which in Greek means Vsezaritsa. The icon was written in the 17th century, and soon the first case of a miraculous conversion of a young man from magic and witchcraft took place. One young man came to the Vatoped monastery to test the power of the icons. When he passed before the image of the All-Russian, an unknown force threw him to the ground. Frightened, he repented that he was engaged in the occult. Later, when pilgrims began to flock to the miraculous icon, the Blessed Virgin through this image healed many patients with cancerous tumors.
