In this illustrated book, a story is presented about the holy monk-martyr Eupraxia, Princess of Pskov, who lived in the XIII century. The Eupraxia (in the world of Euphrosyne) was the wife of the Pskov prince Yaroslav, who treacherously fled to the Livonian land and married a German woman. She led an exclusively pious life, built the Ioanno-Predtechensky women's monastery, becoming his first abbess. The renegade Prince wished to meet the Princess in Livonia, and when she arrived, she was killed.
