The iconography of the Almighty, which is presented on the face of the Lord - the most ancient. That's right, with the blessing right hand and a book in his left hand, Jesus Christ is depicted in the first extant icons stored on the holy mountain of Sinai. Around the image of Christ Almighty raised four icons are placed. These are images of saints whose names are connected with the history of formation of Russian Orthodoxy.
